We use the personal information you provide about yourself when requesting a reservation to complete the reservation process and to associate your reservation with you, personally. We do not share this information with any outside businesses or individuals --- EVER. We use return email addresses ONLY to respond to reservation requests and/or questions submitted to us by email.

We do NOT maintain an "online" database or expose your personally identifiable information to the Internet. Websites and online databases can only be protected up to a point and any determined 'hacker' can and will penetrate even a well protected website. As such, we feel it is simply not worth the risk and refuse to maintain or expose our database and your information to the Internet.
To prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information, to maintain data accuracy and integrity, and to ensure the proper use of your personal information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
We use a secure router with built-in hardware firewall, software firewall on our 'Reservation' computer, which is password protected, protected by anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware software and other security measures used to protect ALL our data.
The products we use (both hardware and software) have been rigorously tested over many years and our systems have never been infected, nor have our computer systems ever been hacked into. To improve integrity and isolate our database even further, it is NOT hosted on nor can it be accessed via the Internet or our website. It is completely isolated from the 'outside world' and only DRWV Park personel can access it.
• Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For that reason, we never request, collect or maintain personal information (other than names) from either our website or our in-house reservation system from those we actually know are under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our website is designed or structured to attract or offend anyone under the age of 13.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect and maintain by notifying us in writing (email) or by calling us directly (see phone number below). We use this procedure to better safeguard your information and to insure that your are who you say you are.
